This is an oversized relaxed cut Jenny Kee cardigan from the late 1980s/ early 90s, featuring a colourful stripe of blue dolphins, and iconic red Waratah interspersed with stripes of green and gold pattern.
The cardigan has black rib knit borders around the collar, hem and cuffs, and there are two pockets at the front with black trim as well.
At the back of the cardigan there is a large patch appliqué of the Jenny Kee logo and insignia. inside there is a further JK label as well as a composition label at the inside seam stating that this knit was hand knitted in Hong Kong. This was at a time when Jenny Kee outsourced her knitting production, which dates this cardigan at the later end of the 1980s, perhaps even very early 90s.
Composition is 100% wool.
The condition of this knit is very good, with only very minor signs of wear. There are no holes, pulls, or snags to the knit. Colours are vivid and true with no fading, runs, or discolouration.
