This is a great Jean Paul Gaultier satchel style handbag from the early, to mid 1990s featuring a great montage of black and white photographic images of landmarks of the world on vinyl. The bag is edged in a textured black leather binding, and there are chrome metal fittings in an old suitcase style. On one side there is a JPG dog tag charm, and there is an adjustable strap which is long enough to cross the body.
There is a front pocket with signature zip as well as a back compartment. The generous flap opens to a zippable interior of black nylon where there is a further side pocket with a houndstooth lining. The JPG leather badge reads Jean Paul Gaultier made in Italy.
The condition of the bag is generally good. There is a pen mark at the back, which is not too noticeable as it is disguised somewhat by the pattern. Please see last image.
And there are some areas here-and-there where the printing has worn off. Apart from this, there are no other discrepancies. All zips are smooth and in good order. There are no losses to the hardware, and the interior is very good with no marks, tears or visible wear.
Dimensions 28 x 18 x 10cm deep.
Strap is 124cm at the longest setting.
