This lovely lavender hand knit Jenny Kee cardigan is in the Peace Yin/Yang design from the late 80s, and features a wonderful patchwork front of flowers, symbols and doves with a plain back, all in 100% wool.
There are borders of lavender and a smart row of seven buttons down the front. The cardigan has a round neckline.
The Yin and Yang symbol features a clever design of black lines which are a tapestry overstitch to create a three dimensional effect.
Condition is excellent, with no holes, snags or pulls. Only minor wear in the form of a little pilling to the wool under the arms, but a very minor thing to note.
Colours are vivid and true, with no runs or fading, and no major stains. There is a very very faint mark at the back barely worth mentioning.
Label is intact and secure, and this piece was hand knitted in Hong Kong at a time when JK was outsourcing her knitting production.
