This is a great example of a modernist hand crafted glass necklace and matching earrings by British glass company Langham. This 1980s necklace and earrings are created by using dozens of various blue toned hand crafted glass rings which have been skilfully assembled on transparent nylon threads which create three strands of free form clusters. There is also a small black signature bead on the necklace as well as another on the pair of earrings. The earrings are clip on style, and there are secure clips on the backs. The necklace has a glass bead fronted clasp which bares the makers stamp.
The condition of the this set is excellent, however the earrings have two faults. One being an open loop where a small piece has broken off. And there is also a good repair to one of the glass loops.
please see last image for the detail of the broken loop.
Dimensions, necklace measurement at the smallest strand is 34cm, with some give.
Earrings are 7cm drop.
