This is an original and extremely rare Jenny Kee wool, mohair blend cardigan from around 1980-1985 featuring a single cockatoo on the back, and an arrangement of gum leaves on a pillar box red background. The sides of the knit feature the trunks of the gum trees in black and grey. This cardigan has a collar and a concealed zipper at the front.
The condition is excellent. There are no holes, pulls or pilling. The wool is soft and supple. Colours are intense and true. Zipper is smooth in operation. Label is intact, and bears the Jenny Kee logo.
Composition tag (if there was one) is missing, but the knit is wool with mohair.
