A pair of vintage 80s earrings from iconic Australian jewellery designer, Kate Durham.
Her work was hand made from scraps, rubbish, oddments and offcuts, and these earrings are an early 80s example.
Her work is represented in the NGV and the Powerhouse Museum.
These green leaf earrings of applied paint, glitter, beads and rubber bands are a statement piece, measuring 12 x 5cm.
The reverse shows a purple tone backing. Earrings
are for pierced ears only.
